According to the website of the State Duma, amendments that give the right to receive such a pension at the age of 55 and 60 years for women and men, respectively, are proposed to be introduced into the law "On non-state pension funds."

It is clarified that the law reduces the age that allows to receive a non-state pension from 60 to 55 years for women and from 65 to 60 years for men.

“Preferential categories, for example, northerners, teachers, doctors, mothers with many children, will be able to receive non-state pensions even earlier. The presence of insurance experience as a condition for obtaining such a pension will be optional, ”the report said.

In the first reading, the corresponding bill was approved by the State Duma in October 2019.

In mid-January, a draft law was submitted to the lower house of parliament, which proposes to provide for the possibility of early retirement for fathers with many children in Russia.
