On March 5th, the State Council Office held a press conference. Ma Zhaoxu, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, introduced that the truth of adversity is hard to come by. In the fight against the epidemic, China is by no means alone. The international community has given China many valuable supports in different ways. Leaders of more than 170 countries and heads of more than 40 international and regional organizations expressed their condolences and support to China. Important international organizations including the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the BRICS, the ASEAN, the African Union, the Arab League, the Latin American Community, and the Group of 77 have issued statements expressing their confidence and support for China's response to the epidemic. Many countries, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations have also helped out and donated medical supplies to China, which has played an important role in China's fight against the epidemic. In the era of globalization, our destinies are connected and should be said to be related. Human society is a community in which you have me and you have me. In the face of the epidemic, it is difficult for any country to survive alone. In the face of such global challenges, it is self-evident whether we can help each other, or beg our neighbors, fight side by side, watch the fire from the other side, send coal in the snow, or go down the rocks. The answer is self-evident. (Edit Zeng Chen)
