This came when His Highness honored graduates of the first batch of the government accelerators diploma and the third batch of the government performance diploma, which were organized over the past few months, with the participation of about 100 employees from various federal and local government agencies, in an event organized in the Palace of the Nation in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan N Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of tolerance.

The first batch of the government accelerators diploma aimed at generalizing the model of government accelerators to accelerate the achievement and raise the levels of readiness and preparedness for the next fifty years, and included associates from 18 federal and local bodies, and continued the diploma program over a period of 5 months, and included 3 training courses on the 100-day methodology of government accelerators.

Associates of the Accelerators Diploma worked to develop solutions to realistic challenges in their destinations, and presented projects that focused on two main tracks: increasing awareness of government accelerators, and finding solutions to challenges related to government agencies in which they work and accelerating the achievement of concrete results, within 4 main categories that included improving government services, Create new online platforms, build capacity, and increase staff quality of life.

As for the third batch of the government performance diploma, it focused on building national capabilities in the field of performance and strategic and future planning, and 60 participants from various government agencies participated in it.

The government performance diploma aims to build human capabilities in the field of performance management, and support government agencies with young competencies capable of devising solutions to future challenges, to coordinate government design efforts, so as to contribute to supporting performance indicators and enhance the country's competitiveness globally.

The government performance diploma represents a development mechanism for human capital that is able to lead change and keep pace with changes and prepare for the next fifty years, by enhancing the capabilities of employees in the areas of government performance and proactive strategic planning to find quick, effective and innovative solutions to challenges, which positively reflects on the quality of government work and the development of services to achieve targets The National Agenda for UAE Vision 2021, reaching the UAE Centennial 2071.
