On March 2, the State Duma received presidential amendments to the bill amending the Constitution.
Later, the Duma committee supported, among other things, the amendment to mention God in the Constitution, as well as the amendment banning the alienation of territories and the amendment to rename members of the Federation Council.
It is expected that the State Duma will consider the bill on amending the Constitution in the second reading on March 10.
