Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the majority of urban and rural community workers have implemented the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, adhered to their positions, and stood by day and night. 1. Appropriate work allowances for urban and rural community workers. 3. Improve the protection conditions for urban and rural community workers. All localities should implement community prevention and control work funds in accordance with regulations, improve the protection conditions of front-line urban and rural community workers, implement the principle of territoriality, strengthen community material protection for prevention and control work, and reasonably distribute masks, protective clothing, disinfection water, non- Contact thermometers and other health protection equipment and prevention and control equipment. Organize training on medical and health knowledge and epidemic prevention and control knowledge for urban and rural community workers to improve their ability to do community prevention and control.
Fourth, reduce the burden on urban and rural community workers. Except for the proof of residence and the expiration of home medical observation required for community epidemic prevention and control, urban and rural community organizations shall not be required to issue other certificates on the grounds of epidemic prevention and control. To further strengthen the epidemic prevention and control forces in urban and rural communities, the party members and cadres of government agencies and enterprises and institutions will be deployed to support the frontline of community epidemic prevention and control, and the role of community service agencies and volunteers will be organized and brought into full play. Accelerate the construction of an information support system for community prevention and control, use modern information technology to improve the effectiveness of community prevention and control, and reduce the pressure on urban and rural community workers.
Fifth, protect the physical and mental health of urban and rural community workers. All localities should coordinate and arrange the living security of front-line urban and rural community workers during meals prevention and control. On the premise of ensuring the strength of community prevention and control personnel, rationally dispatch front-line urban and rural community workers for epidemic prevention and control, and take turns, compensatory rest and other methods to ensure that urban and rural community workers receive necessary recuperation in a timely manner. 8. Intensify publicity for advanced models of urban and rural community workers. Give full play to the role of newspapers, radio, television and other news media and new online media, vigorously publicize and report the touching deeds of urban and rural community workers who have performed well in community prevention and control work, and build a society that cares for, supports, and participates in urban and rural community epidemic prevention and control.
