This came when His Highness honored the graduates of the first batch of the government accelerators diploma, and the third batch of the government performance diploma, which were organized over the past few months, with the participation of about 100 employees from various federal and local government agencies, in an event organized at Al-Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Naha N Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance.

The first batch of the Government Accelerators Diploma aimed at generalizing the model of government accelerators to accelerate achievement and raise levels of readiness and preparation for the next 50 years.

It included associates from 18 federal and local agencies, and continued the diploma program over a period of five months, and included three training courses on the 100-day methodology, for government accelerators.

Associates of the Accelerators Diploma worked to develop solutions to realistic challenges in their destinations, and they presented projects that focused on two main tracks: increasing awareness of government accelerators, finding solutions to challenges related to the government agencies in which they work, and accelerating the achievement of concrete results, within four main categories, which included: improving Government services, development of new online platforms, capacity-building, and increased levels of staff quality of life.

As for the third batch of the government performance diploma, it focused on building national capabilities in the field of performance and strategic and future planning, and 60 participants from various government agencies participated in it.

The government performance diploma aims to build human capabilities in the field of performance management, and support government agencies with young competencies capable of devising solutions to future challenges, to coordinate government design efforts, so as to contribute to supporting performance indicators and enhance the country's competitiveness globally.

The government performance diploma represents a development mechanism for human capital, which is able to lead change and keep pace with changes and prepare for the next 50 years, by enhancing the capabilities of employees in the areas of government performance and proactive strategic planning, to find quick, effective and innovative solutions to challenges, which will positively reflect on the quality of government action and service development To achieve the goals of the national agenda for the UAE 2021 vision, reaching the UAE Centennial 2071.

The training program for the government performance diploma continued over a period of six months, and it included a number of specialized training courses in the areas of government strategy management, government performance management, enhancing the use of open data and applications of artificial intelligence to improve performance, service performance management, and developing the institutional culture of performance management, principles and concepts Government Excellence System.
