Sweden's roads are currently divided into five different classes depending on how much traffic is moving along the route. A classification that Carita From, project manager at the Swedish Transport Administration for the Vännäs and Lycksele operating areas, thinks is unfair.

From believes that the Swedish Transport Administration must review its way of classifying roads and based on other parameters. Something that the Swedish Transport Administration is now looking at centrally.

- It has just begun work to look over winter grades, the last time we made a change in 2014 and now we look over it again, says Lars Svensson, national coordinator at the Swedish Transport Administration.
