According to RIA Novosti, the amendment proposed to prescribe in the Constitution that the right to an old-age insurance pension arises at the request of a citizen for men aged 60 and for women aged 55.

Deputies from Just Russia also proposed that the minimum wage “cannot be less than twice the cost of living of the able-bodied population in Russia as a whole and twice the cost of living of the able-bodied population in every subject of Russia where a citizen resides -recipient".

In addition, the State Duma Committee rejected the amendments of the Just Russia and the Communist Party factions, proposing to fix the fact that the amount of expenditures on education and health "cannot be less than 7% of the gross domestic product of Russia."

During the discussions, the committee did not support yet another amendment proposed by the Just Russia deputies, according to which Russia guarantees “free provision to every interested citizen of a land plot with an area of ​​at least one hectare for building a house and maintaining a personal household”.

Earlier it was reported that the State Duma plans to consider the presidential bill to amend the Constitution in second reading on March 10.
