China Overseas Press, March 3, according to the United States "World Daily" reported that on March 1, local time, San Francisco police announced that an African-American man suspected of snatching a Chinese scavenger elderly Mr. Zhou soda cans in the San Francisco Bay Scenic Area had already Arrested at the police station.

The arrested was 56-year-old Jonathan Amerson. He was charged with four counts, including two for robbery and elder abuse. He has robbed Mr. Zhou's soda cans twice in the same area. Amerson was also the second suspect who was caught in a bullying attack when Mr. Zhou was scavenged.

The first person arrested was 20-year-old Dwayne Grayson. Police arrested him on February 27 in Grayson's house at 100 Kirkwood Street in the San Francisco Bay area. His residence is not far from Osceola Lane, where the incident occurred. He was charged with robbery, elder abuse, hate crimes, and violations of probation.

Mr. Zhou, a 68-year-old man of Chinese descent, was stolen from a shopping cart full of soda bottles and beaten on the head while picking up bottles and cans on Osceola Lane in the Bay Scenic Area on February 22.

Police pointed out that investigative data showed that the video was shot by Grayson, the first arrested suspect. Grayson also called "I hate Asians" in the film, so Grayson was charged with hate crimes.
