The Supreme Court has appointed a new secretary of the Sendai High Court to appoint the Justice Aoyagi of Tokyo High Court.

This appointment is accompanied by the resignation of Junichiro Akiyoshi, Secretary of the Sendai High Court, on July 27.

Tsutomu Aoyagi, 63, is the new secretary of the Sendai High Court. After serving as Senior Investigator of the Supreme Court and director of the Niigata District Court, he has been the General Judge of the Tokyo High Court since March 2014.
