The Russian Embassy in Iran did not receive details of the meeting on Idlib

Earlier, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, in a conversation with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan, proposed to hold a trilateral meeting on Syrian Idlib with the participation of Turkey and Syria, but without Russia.

On February 28, Ankara reported that in Idlib, the Turkish military fell under fire, 33 people became victims of the airstrike. The Russian Ministry of Defense commented on this situation.

Erdogan invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to leave Ankara “face to face” with the Syrian authorities.
