Jean-Luc Mélenchon estimated Sunday that "the country is available for action", after the use of 49-3 by the government to have the pension reform project adopted in the National Assembly.

"There is going to be a vote on the censure motion and that day all over the country union organizations have called rallies and demonstrations," he said on LCI while the inter-union (CGT, FO, Solidaires, FSU and youth organizations) must meet Monday morning to discuss a mobilization during the week.

According to the leader of La France Insoumise, those who returned to work after the mobilization against the reform project "are always in the throat the way they were treated and the fate reserved for them by the new regime of pensions ".

"Therefore, the country is available for action," he said, "one must not believe that the government is rid of the people."

Two motions of censure tabled separately by the deputies of left and right, are to be discussed, probably Tuesday, in the Assembly. "I am in favor of voting on the censure motions to show the strength of the reprobation against this government," said Mr. Mélenchon.

"Edouard Philippe is a liar," he said, disputing that the LFI deputies obstructed the debate.

The Republic in March is, according to him, "an extremely malicious organization". "We are in a pitiful moment of common life".

The LFI deputy also warned against any use of violence and invited to be "very careful" on the day of the vote of the censure motion, judging that "violence only serves the regime".

According to him, "the majority knew that it was coming at a disastrous time for them", when the government triggered on Saturday article 49-3 of the Constitution, "the one where the value of the point was discussed" in the pension plan to come up. "There we presented arguments showing that everyone is going to lose," he said.

When the ordinary pension reform bill returns to the National Assembly, after its passage in the Senate, "we will impose a detailed examination piece by piece," he anticipated.
