The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources called on the ministries and federal agencies to grant their employees mothers of children registered in nurseries whose work has been suspended, flexibility in working hours, as a passport authority, and in a manner that does not prejudice the interest of working with them, for a period of two hours per day, at the beginning or end of work .
The authority said in Circular No. (3) for the year 2020 issued today, Sunday, that it issued this measure so that mothers can take care of their children and take care of them during the period of suspension of the nursery hours in the country, provided that the matter will return as it is in the event that the restriction of preventing nurseries from working remains.
The Authority asked the federal authorities to take into account that flexibility in applying the procedures for the attendance and departure of the relevant employees in the official working hours systems approved by them.
