This is stated in a statement by the press service of the Ukrainian GTS Operator company.
“LLC GTS Operator of Ukraine” and the Slovak GTS operator Eustream as launch a virtual reverse through the connection point Velke Kapushany - Uzhgorod from March 1, 2020, ”the statement says.
The company said that this reverse will be in addition to the capacities of the connection point in the Slovak village of Budince, used to import natural gas to Ukraine since 2014.
Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian GTS Operator company, Sergey Makogon, said that the Ukrainian side launched a “virtual reverse” of gas from Poland through the gas measuring station (GIS) Drozdovichi.
