Today is 34 years since Olof Palme was murdered on Sveavägen in Stockholm. And at 8 o'clock on Friday morning, Prime Minister Stefan Löfven marked the anniversary of the murder by laying down roses at that memorial in the church park in Östersund. Olof Palme's last public appearance took place in the county just three days before the murder.
- I hope the murder is cleared up, especially for the family, says Stefan Löfven.
Stefan Löfven visits the county during Thursday and Friday, on Thursday he attended a meeting at Hissmofors Folkets hus and after the memorial ceremony he went on to Svenstavik.
