The Children and Youth Board believes that the preschool has failed in several cases when they should have reported the children's schedule and attendance, this should have caused the preschool to receive grants they were not really entitled to.

According to the municipality, the preschool has reported that children had more scheduled hours than the time the children actually spent at the preschool. The preschool should also have enrolled children several months before they started.

"We reported to the police that we thought the deficiencies were so serious, it is better that the police investigate," says Lovisa Aldrin (L), chair of the Children's and Youth Committee.

According to the municipality, the independent preschool believes that it is all about system errors and communication failures.

- They have already improved some, says Lovisa Aldrin (L).
