"The appeal is being sought from the Supreme Court," Pilviö tells IS.
"I won't comment on anything else now," he continued.
Loman has not yet been granted leave to appeal by the Supreme Court.

Loman tried to appeal before the Court of Appeal that the boy had so-called "formulaic memories". However, in the opinion of the Court of Appeal, this was not the case, but the evidence presented in the case spoke in favor of Loman's guilt.
- The Court of Appeal considered that there was no doubt in the case that the claimant's report was based on so-called formula memorabilia. Accordingly, the Court of Appeal, like the District Court, considered the report of the plaintiff credible and reliable.
- Neither did the new evidence presented by the Court of Appeal significantly alter the evidence in support of the charge. Thus, the Court of Appeal, like the District Court, considered that sufficient evidence had been adduced in support of the charge, the Helsinki Court of Appeal stated.
At the time of the event, in the late 1990s, Loman was especially known as a celebrity hairdresser and designed, among other things, Miss Universum Finnish outfits.
Loman has also worked in the public domain as a trend and interior designer, model and singer. He has also appeared on MTV's Small Surface Repair program.
Loman has also worked as a singer. His work includes the Helsinki City Boy hit.
Loman's popular Instagram account suddenly disappeared from the Photo Service during the time of the court. Loman's account had over 10,000 followers, to whom he shared a wealth of pictures of his daily life.
