The Dubai Criminal Court ruled that two years of imprisonment for Asian citizens and deportation from the state, after they were convicted of assaulting a person of their nationality, forcing him to undress, photographing him completely naked, and then threatening to publish his photos if he tried to inform the police about them.

The victim said in the Public Prosecution investigations that he entered the country with a visit visa last May, looking for work, and one of his friends took him to a person in charge of a company, and the latter agreed to employ him for a monthly salary (1500 dirhams).

He added that he tried to commit to work in order to preserve his future, but differences occurred with some people in the scope of work, and he threatened them with informing the police about them if they did not stop hurting him.

When he decided to inform the Raffa police station about what was happening with him, the defendants asked him to speak with him, and others escaping with him escorted him to a room in a building in the Riffa district, where they assaulted him with beating with hands and legs, then they removed his clothes and photographed him naked, and threatened to publish his photos on social networks if He tried to report them to the police, then they stole his phone and his passport.

He added that he went to the police station and issued a report of the incident, and the defendants were arrested later, and he got to know them in the diagnostic queue, pointing out that there were other people who were with them.

The defendants acknowledged the charges they were accused of in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, and then denied it before the court, which ruled that they were convicted and imprisoned with deportation.
