“From 00 hours 00 minutes on February 28, 2020 Moscow time: the Federal Security Service of Russia to temporarily suspend the passage of citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the state border of the Russian Federation,” the document says.
As noted, we are talking about Iranian citizens who enter the country "for the purpose of training and employment, as well as for private, tourist and transit purposes."
The government also instructed the Foreign Ministry to temporarily suspend the processing and issuance of visas to Iranian citizens.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry recommended that Russians temporarily refrain from traveling to South Korea, Iran and Italy in connection with the spread of coronavirus.
