The number of countries and regions controlling entry from Korea has increased to 66. The World Cruise Ship Association, which has joined 50 cruise ships worldwide, has banned Korean travelers from boarding the cruise.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said today, as of 2:20 pm, 27 places have been banned from entering Korea and 39 places have tightened their entry procedures.

Maldives, which is a popular honeymoon destination, will enter the country on the 3rd of next month.

Since the 3rd, Maldives has been banning entry to foreigners who have visited China within 14 days of entry.

Vietnam has been banned from foreigners entering the country or from Gyeongbuk in the last 14 days.

Vietnam also said it will stop entering Korea without visa from tomorrow.

Fiji has banned visitors from Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Qingdao, Italy, and Iran within 14 days.

Some parts of China have tightened their entry procedures.

Nine regions, including Shandong and Liaoning, have been quarantined for 14 days.

India has said it will temporarily suspend the issuance visa system and e-Visa that have been issued to Koreans and Japanese.

As a result, Koreans who wish to leave India must contact or visit the Indian Embassy to obtain a visa.
