The use of "spraying" sterilization for students of a school in the southern suburbs of Lebanon has sparked widespread interaction on social media platforms.

A rolling video documented the scene of students passing through and spraying sterilized by people who wore white healthy clothes completely on the school gate and inside.

A school in Lebanon هاي .. This is a crime against students, ignorance and doubts of school administrations .. Our children will die of horror and disease from irresponsible behaviors .. Sprinkling these substances is harmful to the body and eyes and does not prevent the virus .. By drawing the Minister of Education # Tariq Al Majzoub #coronavirus pic.twitter. com / M4agKw0KeM

The views of the tweets varied on the video, including those who considered it bad because it creates panic among students and treats them as if the health problem lies within them themselves and should be sterilized, and others saw it as an ordinary preventive method to protect students.

Among the procedures followed by private schools in Lebanon to prevent the spread of corona:
School sterilization completely
- Asking students to be absent in the event of heat or any flu symptoms
- Absence for 14 days in the event of a returnee’s visit to Iran
