A police officer was brought to justice on Friday for a possible indictment for "willful violence resulting in permanent disability" after an LBD shot that struck a youngster in Brunoy (Essonne) last Saturday, announced the prosecution Evry.
A 19-year-old young man was seriously injured during scuffles in this town of Essonne.
"Contrary to the police's statements referring to a fire in response to violence, this shooting did not seem to comply with the rules," the prosecution said in a statement, adding that the police officer had been placed in police custody on Thursday.
