According to Taiwan's "Tongsen News Cloud" report, the Taiwan Epidemic Epidemic Command Center held a press conference on the afternoon of the 28th and announced that there were 8 new cases of severe special infectious pneumonia reported on the island on the 27th. 2094 cases were reported, of which 34 were confirmed, 2037 were excluded, and the rest are still under quarantine. At present, 18 have been tested negative. Currently one confirmed case has died and nine have been discharged (cases 8, 11, and 17 were discharged yesterday), and the rest are still in hospital.

In response to the group 27 incident, the command center has so far controlled 817 contacts and collected 182 people, 5 of whom were positive (cases 28 to 32) and 170 were negative.
