Renault has announced that it will unveil an electric model of its small Twingo at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
The French company explained that the new "Twingo ZE" electric model depends on the electric motor cranks of 60 kW / 82 hp, with a 21 kWh battery, and the top speed reaches 135 km per hour. The standard walking range is 180 km.
The car is equipped with an AC system charging between 230 and 400 volts with a charging capacity of 22 kilowatts.
The electric car is also standard equipped with a sound generator to warn pedestrians and other road users at speeds of up to 50 km / h.
The interior is also equipped with a multimedia system connected to the Internet and a smartphone app to monitor charging.
Renault did not reveal the date or price of the new Twingo ZE electric car.
