February 28, 2020 20:28 Hong Kong strengthened the quarantine measures for travelers from Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Veneto (as well as from Iran) and issued a "red alert" advising against non-essential travel to these regions due to the coronavirus emergency. The South China Morning Post reports that all those arriving from these areas, including residents, will be sent to quarantine centers for two weeks from next Sunday.
