The primaries of the Democratic Party take place this Saturday, February 29 in South Carolina. Blacks make up 60% of the Democratic electorate in this southern state. Former Vice President Joe Biden must win this election with a comfortable margin if he wants to stay in the race. But the African American vote is not for him.
