Friday morning, the Färjestaden Citizens' Office in Öland's market town will be inaugurated on Friday with mingle and cake. On Monday afternoon, the national office in Södra Möckleby is inaugurated.
- There have been a lot of preparations for the inauguration and to set up the new civic offices. But now we are in port and it feels really good to get closer to our citizens, says Kim Ahlqvist, communications manager.
The idea is that residents should be able to contact the civic offices for assistance with municipal services.
Initially, the office in Färjestaden will be open Tuesdays and Fridays and the office in Södra Möckleby will be manned during Thursdays.
