Inés Arrimadas will propose to the Citizens militants a continuist list with the Executive of Albert Rivera. In fact, its most important members were part of the previous management and are in the Manager who has been leading Cs since the resignation of the former liberal president. Who will not be is the head of the Delegation of Citizens in the European Parliament, Luis Garicano, who has finally refused to go on his list.

The hard core of its Executive is made up of five of the most important members of the Manager. Arrimadas states that her number two and general secretary is currently responsible for Programs, Marina Bravo; while the spokeswoman for the Executive will also be the current spokeswoman for the Manager, Melisa Rodríguez.

The first vice secretary of Cs would be the former vice secretary general, Carlos Cuadrado; and the deputy assistant secretary proposed is the one that led the Institutional Action area, José María Espejo-Saavedra. Finally, the second deputy secretary would be Joan Mesquida, who was already in Rivera's last Executive.

Except for José Manuel Villegas, Fernando de Páramo and Francisco Hervías, the hard core of the Citizens of Arrimadas will be practically the same as the one who led the game until the debacle of November 10, which the Manager has continued to lead.

Other members of the previous management of Cs that will be in the candidacy of Inés Arrimadas are Marcos de Quinto, who will be in charge of talent management and recruitment; Lorena Roldán, who will be deputy spokesperson; the vice president of the Community of Madrid, Ignacio Aguado; the vice mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacís; or the vice president of Andalusia, Juan Marín.

Who has definitely said 'no' to the spokeswoman in Congress is MEP Luis Garicano, who does not want to be on any of the two main lists that will be presented to the Cs congress. Garicano was a spokesperson for Cs critics throughout the past year and is a personal friend of the Vice President of Castilla y León, Francisco Igea, who will also be presenting to the primary.

Arrimadas proposed to enter his list, but without a specific area. The spokesperson for Cs in Europe finally decided to decline this offer. As he explained on Twitter, his goal these months has been "to unite the party and recover the illusion" and as he considers that it has not been possible, because Arrimadas and Igea will face each other in primaries, he has decided not to be in either of the two lists.

Sources from Igea's candidacy, however, explained that they will leave two free gaps in their Executive proposal for the spokeswoman in Congress, Inés Arrimadas, and for the spokesman in the European Parliament, Luis Garicano.

As an important novelty, Inés Arrimada proposes to eliminate the Ministry of Communication, which in the days of Rivera had a central importance. This area would disappear from the organization chart of Cs to become a cross-sectional area with a more technical profile.

Almost all sources of Cs point out privately that some of the main mistakes of the previous stage were made precisely in Communication, which Fernando de Páramo was then leading. Its area, which had a lot of power in Cs, would therefore be liquidated in the structure proposed by the Jerez leader.

Other members that Arrimadas will have on his team although in the candidacy that has been presented this Wednesday do not have a certain position will be the deputy spokesman in Congress, Edmundo Bal, who for a matter of seniority is not on the initial list, and the spokesperson for Cs in the Valencian Community, Toni Cantó.

There is also the Minister of Culture of the Community of Madrid, Marta Rivera, the deputy María Muñoz, the spokesman in the Parliament of Catalonia, Carlos Carrizosa, in addition to Guillermo Díaz and Beatriz Pino, also members of the Manager, like most of the Names.

Arrimadas has also included MEP Jordi Cañas, who in the previous congress advocated a critical sector to maintain the social-democratic ideology of the party, a battle that he lost by imposing the progressive liberal model defended by Rivera. Cañas has now supported Arrimadas and will return to the direction of the party if she wins the primaries, as almost everyone expects in Cs.

In a statement of his candidacy, Arrimadas says he is committed to "a new direction for a new stage", with a "plural" team of "committed, prepared and brave" people. He also says he wants "a more horizontal party" where there is "greater decentralization of responsibilities" and where the functions of daily training management fall on people with greater dedication to internal management.

Of the people Arrimadas proposes to incorporate into the future national direction of Citizens, at least 16 were already in the Executive of Albert Rivera, and nine of them in the Standing Committee.
