Abdullah Hamed - Cairo

Muhammad Morsi and Hosni Mubarak, both of whom were president of Egypt, but the treatment of the current regime and its followers from the media and supporters differed a lot if we compared dealing with Morsi's death months ago and then Mubarak's death yesterday, Tuesday.

The Egyptian authorities held an official funeral for Mubarak today, attended by President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, senior officials and a number of foreign officials. The government announced the mourning three days, and the media placed a black badge on its screens.

As for Morsi, the hostile position that followed him was evident even after his death from the authority led by Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, who was Minister of Defense when he announced in July 2013 a coup that had stalled the constitution and dismissed Morsi one year after he assumed the plural presidential elections that Egypt has not had a counterpart in its modern history. .

And issued a tag titled "# Military Funeral Mubarak" social media, amid widespread support from Mubarak and Sisi supporters, and rejected activists and opponents who talked about what they described as Mubarak's crimes that the Egyptians will not forget, through the "Mubarak # Matt_ Wolen Nense" tag.

President Mubarak's military funeral is a death certificate for Majida and her clients
The eagle did not die ... but it returned to fly in the sky, free
I will not say goodbye to Mubarak, but rather I say peace to his pure spirit

The controversy on social media flared up as soon as the Presidency of the Republic and the Armed Forces issued statements of obituary to Mubarak, describing him as the former President and the hero of the October War, with prayers for mercy, and most state institutions issued similar statements, and the media devoted a large area to covering the death and the funeral transport live.

Once upon a time, there was a people as a life, all who come to rule, intimidate and enslave him, “torment him and threaten him”, trample on him and grind him. ”The king died behind the king, and when his people died he perished. On the ostrich feathers .. pic.twitter.com/ARTHS5T4HG

Moghradoun compared the authority’s position towards Mubarak to its position towards the late President Mohamed Morsi, whose authorities have ignored his name preceded by the title of president, where the news of his death was published marginally, and the authorities refused to hold an official funeral for him, and even forced his family to bury him at night in a secret manner with attendance Limited family members, besieging the family’s house in Cairo, and arresting everyone who tried to reach the funeral home, as well as security restrictions in his hometown of Sharkia Governorate.

Activists have spoken of Morsi as the first elected president in Egyptian history, at a time when they said that Mubarak had been awarded a final ruling for theft in a financial corruption case known as the "presidential palaces".

"It was not until one year after the death of the martyr president Morsi that Mubarak died, so people saw how the military regime in Egypt dealt with the two deaths," researcher and author Mohamed Elhamy said in a post on his Facebook page.

"Any comparison between President Morsi, may God have mercy on him, and Mubarak is an injustice to President Morsi," said politician Basem Khafaji.

Any comparison between
President Morsi, may God have mercy on him
And Mubarak
It is an injustice to President Morsi
It is not right to be there
Any comparison between them
:
I address my wise people
Do not compare
A martyr, God willing
He paid his life for a principle
And a man fought good
He sided with injustice
Until the end of the road

Assuming that Morsi committed a crime in a year, it is 0.0001% of the crime committed by Mubarak in 30 years, and they are not already destroyed in comparison with each other !!! https://t.co/Ont9DjZyL0
