The Glasgow Rangers became the first team to validate their ticket to the knockout stages of the Europa League on Wednesday, defeating Braga 1-0 in Portugal.

Winners 3-2 on the first leg, Steven Gerrard's men won again with a goal from forward Ryan Kent in the 61st minute.

The rest of the round of 32 matches are scheduled for Thursday. The draw for the round of 16 will take place the next day in Nyon (Switzerland) at 1:00 p.m.
