“According to my data, somewhere around 900 proposals have already been received, they are serious, substantial in almost all areas of our life, the life of the state,” the Russian leader said at a meeting with a working group on the preparation of amendments to the Constitution.
Putin stressed that the proposals come from different people and are dedicated to various topics.
Earlier, the State Duma Committee on State Building and Law was amended to vote on the Constitution.
According to the results of a VTsIOM survey, 66% of Russians are ready to vote on constitutional amendments.
