China News Service, February 26. According to a report by the South Korean "Central Daily", a Korean airline flight attendant was diagnosed with a new coronavirus on the 25th. It was confirmed that the flight attendant had previously flown to Los Angeles and Israel.

South Korean government and aviation industry sources said that the flight attendant worked on flights KE017 and KE012 from Incheon to Los Angeles from February 19th to 20th. After returning home, he was isolated at home due to a suspected case and was later diagnosed with the new crown virus. On February 15, the flight attendant was also operating on the Incheon-Tel Aviv route flight (KE957).

At present, Korean Air requires that other flight attendants on the same flight as the confirmed flight attendant be separated from home for 14 days. Korean Air temporarily closed the Incheon Operation Center (IOC) of Incheon International Airport from 5 pm on the 25th, and the opening hours are waiting for follow-up notifications.
