Dadaev, who was serving a 20-year sentence in the Irkutsk penal colony, was transferred to the uniform chamber type IK-2 of Angarsk as a malicious regime violator in the fall of 2018.

At the end of 2019, the Kuibyshev court decided to transfer him to prison for three years. Dadaev filed a complaint.

Nemtsov was killed in central Moscow on the night of February 28, 2015. Defendants in the case received from 11 to 20 years in prison.
