SVT has in recent weeks reported on high water levels, floods and water that has penetrated through houses. The law is one of the flooded streams.
The river swirls past Malin and Daniel Ekvall's house just outside Ljungby. Usually, the river flows only on one side of the house. But Lagan's unusually high water level has caused water to flow over the entrance to Daniel and Malin's house. The entrance is their only way to and from the house.
Must take the rowing boat
The house is surrounded by water and the Ekvall family's home is in practice an island. The family now has to use the rowing boat to get to and from the mainland.
