“This guarantee is proposed to be fixed in the new additional part of Article 67 of the Constitution,” Belova quoted TASS as saying.
He noted that the basic law must provide that Russia protects sovereignty and territorial integrity, the inviolability of the state border and prohibits any actions aimed at alienating the territory, as well as calls for such actions.
Also, article 67 proposes to consolidate the possibility of creating federal territories in Russia.
Earlier it became known that the concept of “federal territory” may appear in the Constitution of Russia.
