At least 11 people died in a bus collision in Peru


At least 11 people were killed and about 40 were injured in a collision of two buses in the province of Arequipa in southern Peru. This is reported by the radio station RPP.

It is noted that the cause of a head-on collision of two passenger buses was allegedly caused by speeding.

Local authorities have confirmed information on the number of deaths.

On February 17, it was reported that 11 people died as a result of a bus crash into a gorge in Central American El Salvador.
