The Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, left Algeria, at the end of his visit, which was part of a tour of the Arab region that led him to Jordan, Tunisia and Algeria.

Algerian President Abdel Majid Taboun said during a press conference with the Emir of the State of Qatar that there is full agreement with the State of Qatar on various regional, international, political and economic issues.

For his part, Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani stressed in the joint press conference the importance of the Qatari-Algerian consensus and the regional role of Algeria, noting that Qatar will work to strengthen economic and investment relations with Algeria.

According to the Algerian News Agency, the talks between the two leaders have expanded to include members of the delegations of the two countries.
