Earlier, Lavrov announced the preparation by Russia and Turkey of new consultations on Idlib.
The UN Secretary General, speaking about the situation in Idlib, called for an end to the humanitarian catastrophe.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in turn, compared the situation in Idlib with the war.
