The "Notice" proposes ten measures to further protect and care medical staff. First, it is necessary to increase the remuneration package for epidemic prevention staff. On the basis of the implementation of existing policies, all localities should double the temporary work subsidy standard and salary level for frontline medical staff in Hubei Province (including the Hubei Medical Team), expand the scope of health and epidemic prevention allowances, and ensure that all frontline medical services are covered. personnel. Second, we must do a good job in identifying and treating injuries at work. Fourth, we must implement livelihood security for frontline medical staff. Take a special car to solve the commuting problem of frontline medical staff in designated hospitals. Fifth, we must strengthen the personal protection of medical personnel. Nine must create a more secure environment for practice. Improve the accountability mechanism, maintain medical order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of medical staff. For those who harm medical personnel, they shall be investigated and dealt with severely according to law. Ten must carry out martyrs praise and advanced recognition. We will do a good job in assessing and admiring martyrs who have sacrificed their deaths due to epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the law, and do a good job in providing comprehensive treatment and preferential treatment.
