The popularity rating of Emmanuel Macron increased by two points in February, to 32% against 30% in January, according to a poll by Ifop for the Sunday Journal.

The total of dissatisfied with the President of the Republic is down two points to 66%.

The head of state's popularity rating reached a low of 23% in December 2018, in the midst of the "yellow vests" crisis, before climbing gradually and stabilizing in recent months at 33% and 34%.

The popularity of Prime Minister Édouard Philippe is also increasing. He gains three points, from 33 to 36%.

Survey carried out from February 14 to 22 among 1,947 people aged 18 and over, according to the quota method, by self-administered questionnaire online and by telephone. Margin of error from 1 to 2.2 points.
