“At an extraordinary meeting, the Armenian government will decide to stop communication with Iran for two weeks,” Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.

He noted that air communication between the two countries will be stopped.

Georgia, in connection with incoming reports on the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 in Iran, has also imposed restrictions on air traffic with this country.

Earlier, Turkey and Pakistan closed the border with Iran.

According to official data, 43 cases of infection with a new coronavirus were recorded in Iran, eight of them ended fatally.
