Pablo Casado has just informed Alfonso Alonso that he will not be a candidate for the Basque elections. This was announced by the former Minister of Health in his Twitter account.

This culminates in the escalation of disagreements between the Basque leader and the national leadership of the party chaired by Pablo Casado. The lace has been given to Alonso the agreement for the coalition of PP and Cs in the autonomous elections of the Basque Country.

Alonso did not agree with the terms of the agreement signed between Genoa and the directive leadership of Citizens, giving, in his opinion, an excessive prominence to the orange formation. However, as this newspaper advanced, the final text was beneficial for him.

The secretary general of the PP, Teodoro García Egea, will appear at a press conference at 8:00 p.m. at the national headquarters of the party to explain the reasons for the decision.
