[Explanation] It is reported that since 1982, the "Golden Cobra" joint military exercise has been held once a year and has become the largest joint military exercise in Southeast Asia. China has participated as an observer since 2002. In 2014, it dispatched actual troops to participate in the performance.
[Explanation] This year's "Golden Cobra-2020" joint military exercise is still co-sponsored by Thailand and the United States. It includes two parts: joint military exercises and humanitarian civilian activities, mainly covering high-level forums, amphibious landing operations, and humanitarian engineering assistance. Jianhe rescue and disaster reduction drills and other content, a total of more than 8,900 officers and soldiers from 29 countries to participate in or observe the exercise as an observer.

At the same time, it also helped build a school building for WatDongKhoi Primary School in Phitsanulok, Thailand, and donated some teaching supplies and living materials. Participating in actual military exercises and project assistance construction fully reflects my active participation in security and defense cooperation in the surrounding areas, strengthening exchanges with Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, and providing Chinese solutions and Chinese forces for humanitarian relief operations.
[Explanation] Since accepting this task, the 75th Army of the Army attaches great importance to it. Through the selection and elimination of layers, the 25 participating soldiers have been finalized. After the formation of the team, it completed high-standard preparations such as professional reinforcement, epidemic prevention and control, and material preparation. It focused on intensive training on more than 10 professional courses such as engineering construction, demolition support, and water rescue, and systematically learned the standard operation procedures of the multinational force. The necessary knowledge of the rescue operation procedures and methods of the earthquake disaster emergency rescue team laid a solid foundation for participating in the joint performance.
