Prime Minister of Ukraine Aleksey Goncharuk said that the evacuation of Ukrainians from Chinese Wuhan was carried out in secrecy in the interests of the safety of citizens and because of possible provocations and “special operations”.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that everything that happened was reminiscent of medieval Europe.
