Scandinavian chefs gathered in Trondheim on Monday to hear which restaurants were awarded the Michelin stars of the year. When the evening was over, PM & Friends in Växjö had once again been awarded the prestigious star. It was awarded for the first time in 2016 and has since worked hard not to lose it.
- If in the future we would only be as good as we are today, it would be perceived as we got worse. So we have to constantly evolve to keep the star, says Per Bengtsson of PM & Friends.
