“The investigation found that in his apartment in Omsk and at the dacha in the suburbs of Kazakov from April to May 2019 for educational purposes for the slightest minor offenses - untimely return home from school and from a walk - at least six times put the 8-year-old son of a cohabitant for a long time, from half an hour to 9 hours, knees on buckwheat, from which the boy experienced physical and mental suffering, ”- says the regional SU IC of Russia.
The mother of the child did not intervene in the situation, but only encouraged these actions.
It is noted that one day the boy ran to a neighbor in the country, who turned to law enforcement officers. The child was placed in a hospital, he underwent surgery.
Earlier, the newspaper Izvestia reported that the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in Russia, Anna Kuznetsova, went into the case of torturing a boy in a family in Omsk.
