Peskov said earlier that Putin will hold a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the evening of February 21.

As Erdogan noted, Ankara will act in Idlib based on the results of negotiations with Putin.

According to the Turkish leader, the situation in Idlib can be compared with the war.
