The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Security Council President Dmitry Medvedev, Kremlin Head of Administration Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov and Presidential Special Representative for environmental activities, ecology and transport Sergey Ivanov.
Peskov said earlier that Putin will hold a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the evening of February 21.
As Erdogan noted, Ankara will act in Idlib based on the results of negotiations with Putin.
According to the Turkish leader, the situation in Idlib can be compared with the war.
