Lots of newspapers were deposited in front of the local Valérie Oppelt - Valérie Oppelt / Twitter

After the anti-LREM tags or the pairs of shoes left in front of the room, here are ... the piles of newspapers. During the night of Thursday to Friday, the campaign office of the candidate for mayor of Nantes Valérie Oppelt (LREM) was once again targeted.

This time, dozens of piles of newspapers with various press titles were deposited in front of the HQ, located rue Voltaire in Nantes. Leaflets, on which the CGT logo appears, were stuck on the windows.

“I denounce the attitude of the CGT. I cannot accept their method and this lack of respect for residents and the environment. (…) An appointment to tell me about your problems would have been more courageous and fruitful, ”reacted the candidate, also a member of parliament, on Twitter.

I denounce the attitude of #CGT. I cannot accept their method and this lack of respect for residents and the environment. I am open to dialogue. An appointment to explain your problems to me would have been more courageous and fruitful. #NantesAvec VOUS #Nantes pic.twitter.com/AJm3pxcxc2

Last week, union activists had already moved outside the local, to challenge Valérie Oppelt on the pension reform. This time, the action is signed by employees of press depots who are worried about the future of operator Presstalis.

In the morning, agents from Nantes Métropole came on site to clear the newspapers.
