Erdogan and Putin had a telephone conversation

As noted, during the conversation, Erdogan announced the need to deter the Syrian army in Idlib and prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.

Erdogan also noted that the main condition for a settlement in Idlib is the implementation of the Sochi agreement.

Erdoğan, Putin ile görüşmesinde, rejimin İdlib'de dizginlenmesinin ve insani krizin durdurulmasının şart olduğunu vurguladı.

Earlier in the Kremlin it was reported that Putin will hold a telephone conversation with Erdogan in the evening of February 21.

As Erdogan noted, Ankara will act in Idlib based on the results of negotiations with Putin.
