The Sharjah Criminal Court heard a case in which an Asian worker was accused of assaulting and wounding two people, after he entered their house, along with others, and beat them, due to personal differences.

The court heard the statements of the first complainant, who confirmed that he did not know the accused, indicating that he entered their residence, along with others, and verbal disputes took place between them, after which a quarrel broke out between the two parties, pointing out that the number of those who participated in the fight more than 10 people.

He added that he filed a complaint against the accused, thinking that he had stolen his wallet, but that he found her at the quarrel site the next day, and gave his testimony at the police station.

The second victim confirmed that they had been assaulted in their home, noting that the accused was not calling for anything.

The court faced the accused with the statements of the two victims, and the charge against him, so he confessed to the attack, indicating that he does not know how the fight occurred. He demanded mercy and compassion during his trial. The court decided to reserve the lawsuit to rule on it, on February 24.
